We can offer tailored pricing solutions depending on your need. To give you an idea of costs, typically, a full review of employee documentation such as an Employee Handbook or set of People Policies is likely to cost between £600 - £1000 plus VAT.

Need to know that you have HR advice if you need it, but don't want to be restricted by a retained solution? We can support you with fully flexible HR solutions when you need it. No need to sign up to anything or feel locked in, just give us a call.

We can offer 'on demand' support at an hourly rate of £100 per hour plus VAT. 

Do you need some interim HR support whilst you recruit a permanent HR team member? Or perhaps you have a short term gap to fill due to absence. We can help.

Do you want to have the reassurance that you have HR support on a monthly basis? Or perhaps you'd rather take a more flexible hybrid approach and pay upfront for your HR advice. We're happy to work with you either way.

For blocks of 10 hours, our hourly rate is £85 per hour plus VAT representing a 15% discount from our Pay as you go rates.

Coaching sessions can really help unlock performance and at best, can be transformational. We can offer 1-1 coaching for you or your team members either on a one off breakthrough session, or as a block of 6 session depending on the need.
